Warranty & Return Policy

ContainerVaultCo guarantees that all units are delivered in wind and weather-tight condition and warrants its products to be free from functional defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Under this warranty, ContainerVaultCo will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts or products.
Definition of Defect:
• Functionality issues related to cargo doors
• Cargo door seal failures
• Roll-door operational issues

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic imperfections, including chipped paint, rust, or surface wear
• Damage resulting from handling, loading, off-loading, or improper placement
• Damage caused by severe weather conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Custom interior or exterior paint
• Any modifications made after delivery
