We offer two types of trucks for container delivery:
Tilt-Bed Truck (recommended if no unloading equipment is available):
The truck will back into position, tilt the bed, and slide the container off onto the ground.
Requirements: 125 ft of straight clearance, 12 ft width, and 16 ft vertical clearance.
Flatbed Truck (if you have a forklift or crane on-site):
A forklift (minimum 15,000 lb capacity) or crane is required to unload the container.
Requirements: 125 ft of straight clearance, 12 ft width, and 14 ft vertical clearance.
Site Preparation
Before scheduling delivery, please ensure:
- Clear, unobstructed access for the delivery truck
- No overhead obstacles such as trees, utility lines, or structures
- Dry, solid ground conditions (notify us if the ground is soft, wet, or muddy)
Containers are placed directly onto flat, level surfaces. No foundation is required for ground storage.
Delivery Timing
Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after your container is ready for dispatch.

The 40ft Refurbished Standard Shipping Container comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
This warranty protects against structural defects, corrosion, and manufacturing issues under normal operating conditions.
Coverage Includes
- Structural frame, walls, roof.
- Corrosion protection for the Corten steel body
- Weld integrity and basic weatherproofing (wind and watertight seals)
Warranty Exclusions
Routine wear and tear, cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, and paint fading), damage caused by misuse, modifications, accidents, or exposure to extreme external conditions are not covered.

3-year warranty on doors, hardware, and framing
